Development
The Fund’s employees are in a constant state of development. Their career path with the Fund takes them through three successive positions: legal assistant, processing lawyer and senior processing lawyer. Once our lawyers have completed this path we expect them to investigate career possibilities elsewhere. A position with the Fund can be a springboard to work with the judiciary, Ministry of Justice, Immigration and Nationalisation Service, Custodial Institutions Agency, or any one of numerous other organisations.Qualifications
We expect our lawyers to have very good analytical skills. You should also have a talent for writing clearly and concisely. We offer vacancies for graduates in various legal disciplines. Your attitude as a work colleague is interested, sociable and open. You have qualities that strengthen our team and a no-nonsense approach.Non-legal positions
Aside from its legal department the Fund has a supporting administrative department, a staff department, and an operations department, in which we regularly have vacancies as well.Traineeships and study
Every year the Fund organises various traineeships, offering at least two six-month programmes to administrative graduates of upper secondary vocational education (‘MBO’). Every year we also organise two traineeships for bachelor’s graduates in law. If you are in the final phase of a university law study, we may have a work-study vacancy for you. This is a paid side-job as a legal assistant.Application procedure
Our application procedure usually consists of four phases:- preliminary selection based on a letter and CV,
- an interview in order to examine your suitability,
- an interview in order to examine your compatibility with the department,
- an interview regarding terms of employment.
