Crime and mental injury
Victims of crime often suffer mental injury as well. The following part of the Injury List describes the most significant violent crimes. If you click on any particular crime, you will see various succinct descriptions of the crime. Every description is followed by a category designation and the maximum compensation available in that case. This gives you an idea of the compensation awarded by the Fund. Note: because every situation is different and is assessed separately, you should not assume that you automatically qualify for the amount shown when making your application.
