My Application
It takes an average of four months before you receive a decision on your application. The Fund needs this amount of time to gather additional information, eg the police report, medical data or other evidence. Occasionally it also needs to ask a medical advisor for advice, or investigate certain damage items in more detail.

Enter the number only (5 figures), ie without the two letters shown after the figures. Your reference is given in the letters you have received from the Fund.
